I was looking at a old 2002 German smart brochure and there I was reminded of something. There used to be a third trim level know as the Pulse. Whatever happened to the Pulse? Not that I am losing any sleep over this. The two trim levels are fine. The Pulse it seems gave a few more options as standard that the Pure, and had a bit less than the Passion. I guess since one has more freedom to add options to the Pure this level is not needed anymore. Any ideas out there?

I have a 2005 pulse in Canada it has more options than the passion except it does not have air. It has paddles, pods, clear roof, and black tridon cell. Passion has air, silver tridon no paddles no pods this was back then, oh and the pulse did not come with the auto select it was an option. "If you don't have a pulse you must be dead."
