Little Munchkin and I had a very pleasant holiday experience.  Munchkin decided to get slightly ill for the first time since her purchase new in Sept. 2011, some 15,000 miles ago.

MB Roadside Service worked better than advertised, and a flatbed tow truck appeared less than 30 minutes after my call to the MB phone number on my visor.

Almost 100 miles later Munchkin was dropped off by the tow truck at MB North Houston.  Smart service was also better than advertised.  Assistant Service Manager Kasey Gross and all the other service personnel were very courteous, efficient and competent.

All this, and coffee, cookies and a hand wash of Munchkin, for $0.00.  What service.  Maybe all MB and smart owners are accustomed to this, but treatment like this was certainly new to me.  This from an ex-user of Rolls-Royce service.
