is mobile the only oil to use?

Any full synthetic oil of the viscosity needed for your area's temperature range (per the owners manual) will work.  Most owners stick with Mobil 1 0W40, however.  The filter is just as important as the oil - use the best one available.

As long as they use the full synthetic oil you're OK.  It seems Havoline only make one fully synthetic oil: Havoline®  Fully Synthetic SAE 5W-40.  That should work fine in your climate.

want to thank you got car serviced with mobile but now cant reset maintenance on dash they tried everything any ideas
