OK, obviously the spark plug socket and extension must be the wrong size as I just could not get enough leverage on one of the little devils so changed only 2 of 3 of them back at 30k miles.  Now approaching 60k miles I'm thinking I should complete the job, yet this time with the proper size equipment.

Any insight on the size of socket and extension??  Sources?

THANKS for any insight.  Mr. Bean will be pleased.

Remove the vacuum hose that's taking away space from the #3 plug, and have more sockets and socket wrenches handy.  It's somewhat of a challenge but you can do it if others are changing their plugs and accessing the area.  I know what you're going through and hopefully this time you'll stick with it and won't give up.

Here's a hint.  A baby extension with a spark plug socket should be enough to do the trick.  You will need a flexible back though...  :)
