Weird, the link did not get put into the post.   Here is the link.

Perhaps, the Officer said to him "Aren't you afraid of being hit by a semi?" , so he punched him and sped off. Anyway, maybe he just wanted to make sure his smart got home in the driveway, instead of being towed and impounded. he might be smarter than we think.

A lot of people "hit and run" to avoid the DUI.

Let's all hope they don't start "smart profiling" us.  lol

He needed to get arrested, 3 DUI's? This guy has problems and doesn't need to be driving at all. His license should have been suspended after the 2nd DUI.

He did get arrested! All smart peeps in Houston don't know him and won't let him join our Houston smart car Club!

This highlights the need for a turbo engine...You can't outrun the police with a 92mph speed limiter...This driver should be made president of his local Smart car club to reward his courageous effort...Smart can become a macho car with more horsepower at its low weight...Modifiers are going where the Smart corporation fears to tread...

Hey, I'm all for these innovative and skilled people willing to install a 200HP motorcycle engine in their Smart, but doesn't this go against the engineering marvel that is the Smart? It was built to be highly efficient and we know economy and performance usually don't go hand in hand. Besides, when I went to M-B for the Smart, there were plenty of high performance M-B models on the showroom floor.
