Just finished my inexpensive mods on my '08 Pure, Suzie Q. Simple stuff like a $6. roll of red auto stripe tape for interior accents, Gas cap "decal" from European Toys $10.99, Wheel bolt covers from Smart Madness $14.99, Smart Sports Pedals from EBay $40., 2007 Dodge Avenger stock antenna $5.45 (it works better than the factory antenna) Polk Audio DXI 651 speaker upgrade $144. installed out the door price with speakers included at Best Buy (they took the door skins off to install so the factory grills could stay) Nothing radical, just a little spice.
Been a while since I've been here, added an Area 451 cruise control to both of my smarts about a month ago.

Already have Xtatic Carbon Fiber Thermal 17 inch wheels, led replacements for all lights. Carbon fiber headlight covers, Eibach springs, Solo dual center exhaust, custom paint on the interior panels, sun roofshade delete, tint on windows and sunroof, custom painted interior panels to match red on interior, under seat floor lighting, pioneer double din nav indash, rockford fosgate mini amplifiers hidden in dash, hidden custom subwoofer box in front dash, rockford fosgate t1 components in front doors, mdc cruise control with booster, aluminum fuel door, custom cold air intake ported to side scoop. Carbon fiber intake scoop. Still not done. Next is going to be hid replacements up front, and some carbon fiber bits on the body.
I've added a Boeschbuilt CAI on my smart and Boeschbuilt paddles to both my wife's and my smart, a week ago today.
Getting my smart back on the road next week.... been a long six months. Forged JE pistons, bored 0.30 over, ported and polished head with larger valves, ported throttle body, lightened and balanced rotating assembly, slotted ebc rotors, and stainless brake lines, BMF rear engine mount. Whew! Can't wait to get it back on the road!
Not much yet, trailer hitch on mine, scangauge with homemade mount over mirror also on mine. On both my wife's & my smart I've added led lights in the rear overhead.
