McPherson College has an internationally recognized auto restoration curriculum, with well known people in the field on their board.  On May 6, they will have Derek Hill, son of America's first F1 Champion Phil Hill, giving a talk of recollections and introducing a new movie.

Well worth the trip, and you're likely to see me there.

Hi Johnna,
Welcome to the group. I'm not sure how many of us there are in the local area. I do know of three Smarts in Dickinson County. We would have loved to go to Kansas City, but other things came up. I'm sure it was a wonderful time. We do need to plan a meeting for the local enthusiasts. It is currently fair time here in Abilene, so after all that commotion we'll plan something. Thanks for your comments.

Hi everyone, I live in Salina and recently went to the Mo-Kan smart meeting and was looking to see if there were any smart enthusiasts closer to me who would like to get together.

I changed it right after reading your post. McPherson sounds good, we love driving it so distance normally isn't a problem.
