My car is at Devon AGAIN!!!  My clutch has only 7k miles on it since a replacement in Nov 2011.  This time it chewed up my flywheel and the dealer is making me pay for it which I totally disagree-if the warranted part never failed then my flywheel would be ok.

Smart USA is aware of a design flaw with 08 and early 09 models with the clutch-I should've never paid for the first repair due to this flaw.  I called my caseworker because I believe it's absurd to pay for a repair that happened due to something covered that failed.

Smart needs to design the clutch differently-I don't even drive in manual.  I have no control on when it shifts but yet I am being held responsible for the flaw and the way it shifts when I drive.
