The smart was mentioned in "Moody's Picks" (CBS4, 6:37pm Wed). Said he loves the smart car.

Went to the Denver Auto Show tonight. Glad I saw a few nice smarts (cool wraps), but didn't notice any familiar faces from the smartcenter. Interesting to see them next to the (chintzy) Scion iQs. Smart is still the nicest, most original compact out there. The Fiat 500 is pretty sweet, too, but a little cramped for me inside. Glad the brand was present at this years show after last years abstinence.

@Ed or @Russell , what is the pricing for vehicle wraps? I am interested in the "Blue-racer-9" off the smart USA website.

Russ, the Euro tail lights include an additional turn signal bulb and a two-tone yellow and red lens, among other things. The mirror stalk can be shortened to allow better visibility out of the windshield for taller drivers (such as Clint, BJ, and myself). Directions for both these mods can be found on SCOA and evolution.

Thanks, Clint.  Now how about explaining what you mean by Euro taillight conversion and shortened inside mirror stalk?  I'm missing something here...

Tech or How-To: Euro taillight conversion, shortened inside mirror stalk, Driver's seat movement increased.

Since the 2013 Smart Car Natls convention is something that we want all you Smarties out there to enjoy and be able to walk away with information and having had the time of your life, the planning committee wants your input!  After all, this convention is for YOU!  The Smart Car Enthusiasts!  Therefore, what types of “Tech-Talks” or “How Too” classes would you like us to present?  What information would you like us to find out for you?  What types of events would you be interested in attending that we can plan for you to enjoy?  Please give us your ideas so that we can make sure that you drive away thinking that going to Denver is well worth your time and enjoyment?  If you are too shy to  present your ideas on this forum, please feel free to e-mail us with your ideas at: info@SmartCarNatls.com.

Thank you Smart Car Community for helping us make the 2013 Smart Car Natls, an event to remember and talk about for years to come!  Also, any of you that would like to volunteer to be on a committee for this event, or work at the convention for a few hours, please let us know.  We will need many helpers to man things such as the registration desk, the table to sign-up for various extracurricular events, dinner party, give our raffle tickets, etc.

Sincerely,

The Organizing Committee

Russell you forgot to put the year in for the Nationals.  You only put July 17 to 21st.  One person already thinks it's this year.  Thanks for fixing it.
