Hartford Smart Center Service
Does anyone have any experience with the Hartford service center. The price is a lot cheaper than Fairfield, near where I live, so am considering making the trip.

Just got my 2009 Pure yesterday from Hoffman's. Make an appointment if you're thinking about picking up same day. They have great offers right now and staff are very friendly.

Took Q-TEE in for 20k service. I like the people and the price is much lower than Fairfield. They found some warranty work that needed to be done as well. Just in time. New radio and a new clutch.
