Anybody know if there are plans to open up sales in the midwest?
I live in Wichita, Kansas, and would love to have a dealership open up in this area. The pictures I have seen at this site show cars in front of a Nissan dealership. Do they have exclusive rights, then? I thought this car was associated with Mercedes. Anybody have any info on this? Thanks--Cindy

I don't know about when and/or if they'll open up a dealership by Wichita, KS. I did hear from my local smart dealership that they are trying to open other locations in Fort Worth, TX; Shreveport, LA and Jackson, MS. They aren't planning on any rural locations. They just trying to stay in well populated area's. Though I don't know the line for them that defines how populated an area has to be for them to consider having a dealership there.
Nissan doesn't have any exclusive rights that I'm aware of. I know my local smart dealership here in Dallas is Park Place. Park Place is the same place that has Mercedes. -
