Hi,

Just want to say that I've been a customer of BH Mercedes-Benz/ smart center since July of 2008.  I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, both in the sales as well as the service departments.  I would suggest that Julie take this up with the Service Manager -- I think his name is Tom Swire.

Julie O'Malley is right. The service at Beverly Hills Mercedes is unacceptable. I go to the service center in Covina now.

Just got my Smartie, "Hans", on the 25th of July. I love driving it around town and am getting use to handling it on the freeway. It does take more concentration than my other car, a Buick! I think there is only one other Smartie in the High Desert. I've seen it twice, but don't know who owns it. Any get-togethers planned in the near future?
