And telling folks to check back in 3 months to see if there is a new dealer, when the warranty is only good for 3 years, is NOT an option

Comment by spicejax on July 29, 2011 at 10:49am: Back to sUSAi. Some dedicated pages for the main issues like Dealer locations with a google map. A page for communication form DVI/smart. A page with contact info for regional field managers for owner to communicate to. By the way the MBusa line is horrible with it's automated operator (that is real annoying). The smartUSA is better with it's choice of two. lol

Comment by spicejax on July 29, 2011 at 10:15am: In the offline world: A update on the availability on MB dealers also servicing smarts is needed. From what I've seen owners are 'scared to death' over getting serviced. I saw a person who traded for a Honda just because of that.

I'd like to that useless 'polls' link removed. A 'timeline' page for the all the new things that are in the pipeline for the smartCenters. Would be useful (especially to relieve some of the tension out there).
