Does anyone have contact info/phone to get a case number for a repair? My car is 6 weeks past warranty and I prefer the company to pick up the tab. The defect should have prompted a recall, but has not & I'm having a little difficulty getting through to the right department/person. The dealer instructed me to call smart Car to get a case number and representative for the issue. Thanks!
