Tracey. Existing owners were the most fervent promoters of the 4-2. But now, with MB/Penske's lack of support for owners with real problems, I for one can no longer recommend this car.

Our little car was delivered in Feb 08. We purchased it as a toy to replace our Miata. We love Microcars, and as this is the first new Microcar sold in the US in decades, we jumped right on it.
Then the Gas went sky high, so as an experiment we decided to try Smartie as a business/work car (we run around 30k a year on our work cars).
We expected the little car to fail the test in reliability, and not be comfortable enough for regular 300 mile work days. Our expectations… Continue
