Tire pieces on highway

Ran over a highway-gator,pieces of truck tires, one morning.Pulled out the rear valance and broke the mounting bracket behind it.Purchased the bracket for 15 dollars at Herb Chambers in Somerville ,MA.Two screw hold it in and the valance popped back into it's grooves.
