I am sorry for not responding earlier, but I never saw your question until last night. There is no message indicator to alert me that there was a message and I rarely look at my profile page.
Anyway, if you still want the info, I ran both the antenna wire & the wire for the clip that attaches to the car's antenna out the gap between the dash and frame on the passenger side. And tucked the wires between the windshield molding and body panel and into the front compartment.
I used a mechanics "grabber", a long flexible rod w/ plunger on top to open/close the grabbing fingers on the bottom. I got it at Sears.
I stuck the grabber through the hole on the side of the dash from behind the dash and pulled the smaller ends of the cables that attach to the radio through the hole. Then I brought the ends up through a gap between the glovebox & dash to the radio which I mounted on a universal vent mount, I got from Best Buy, on the right, center air vent. I also ran the power cord from the 12v outlet through the glovebox gap also. And just tied up the excess cable behind the dash.
I am guessing by the amount of time that has passed since you asked that you have figured out a solution? Again I am sorry for not seeing this sooner.
