I got mine from smart madness too. They seemed like nice folks when I finally got in touch with them. I sent them back because after several failed attempts, there was no way to make them work correctly.

- I first saw a smart in London (and promptly did the Linda Blair thing with an almost 360 degree head spin), and have been delighted with them ever since. I got to sit in one at the Brussels auto show, and a oh-so-kind gent here in Wichita gave me a ride in his car. Lovely! One of the car dealerships here had a radio spot on, saying they had Hummers (sneer) and a smart car! I drove there immediately and bought it. It's my version of a mid-life crisis, I guess.

The bad part is I had to Pay shipping to get them here and then shipping to get them back to smart madness. All in all I think it was a costly mistake. I was hoping no one else had to do the same. Sorry I couldn't have warned you before hand.
