At 2:32pm on July 18, 2008, Robert Ricewasser said…: We took our Smart to Penske in West Covina to deal with the difficulty in shifting into reverse. They lubricated the pin and hope that does it. Also want to comment on the two holes at the bottom of the tailgate. It looks like they forgot to put in a couple of fasteners. However, the other smart's were all the same. The holes must be there for drainage.
