I"ve had 8 motorcycles starting at age 16 with a Honda 50 fun machine. Then a Dream 150, a Honda 360G, then my 1st used bike -- a Honda CB 450, Back to a new bike a 1982 Honda CB 750 (4 cyl). Back to a used 1964 Honda Dream 150 in June 2007 (still have it) and a used 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 (ride it daily). Between the 450 and 1982 750, I bought a Honda Trail 70 for my little girl to learn on. Kept in many years till my son was big enough to ride it. I would love to try out a new Trike. There's a place 40+ miles from here that custom builds them. If you want a Ford trike, you get a Mustang backend, and a 300 HP Ford V8 or bigger. If you want a Chevy, you can get a 57 belair backend with either a small block 350 or a 502 with 502 HP. If your a Dodge man, You can get a Vipor backend with a Viper V-10 rated at over 500 HP. Do they scoot in turns like a 4-wheeler or do they feel like a motorcycle?
glad to here your smart is all you expected. my smart dealer has called me 3 or 4 times about orphans. Everytime the 1st thing I ask is Does it have gages, fog lights and security ? If not, I don't want to see it. One of them had it all but the price was so much more because of the expensive dealer options. I'm going to try and hold off till I get my reservation car (which I still haven't even configured yet). The tach/clock is a $120.00 factory option. It costs $259.00 at the dealer and I'd hate to think what they would charge to put it on. HOWEVER its EASY to do. Theres step by step instructions on smart evilution. http://evilution.co.uk/index.php
how many miles on your smart and does it live up to your expectations? What options do you have? Do you have any you wish you didn't get, or didn't get some that you wish you did? I ask because I have not got to configure yet. I'm thinking againest Power Steering and yet I'd like to have the leather package
