I never did find the website that I downloaded the pics from- but I was in Seneca, SC last weekend and a scooter/motercycle shop had one out by the road. The sales person explained that it's a scooter with a windshield. She explained that it is street legal and rides and drives like a motorcycle. Sorry for the delay but when I saw the 3 wheeler - I had to stop and ask about it.

I was looking on the web for SMART stuff and those pics popped up. They are made in Co. I'll look for the website- I cann't promise anything it's been several months.
