I just did some comparison shopping for insurance coverage, and I found a wide range of premiums among the various companies. I found that State Farm offered the lowest premium for my smart--actually the lowest by far!When I first purchased my smart, in March, 2008, there was only one company offering coverage in my area: Liberty-Mutual. when my premium went up a bit after the first year, I called them to find out why. I'm embarrassed to say that i didn't get into pick up the phone and order it! its been too busy in my life with my mom who came to visit for 3 WEEKS! god.... but it's on my list and i want it. Also, the delar called me about new system they have for the car includes: gps, blue tooth , backup camera and something else...so i am looking forward to get my littel baby some attention! :0)

Rmichael said… - It was a paint job. The dealer got an unencumbered smart that they could do anything they wanted to with it because they get such good customer satisfaction. They painted it and offered it first come first serve to their orphan list. I got lucky. It's a blue/green chameleon.
