Hi, I was talking with Ryan about having the valance panels painted the same color as the new panels we won and he said it would be $900 if Smart did them! I thought that seemed a little high and he said you had painted yours. I was wondering how involved it is. It really looks nice. A friend who does bodywork and painting said you have to use a primer called "plastick", Ryan said he doesn't think you have to smooth them but I think you might.....I was wondering about your thoughts on this. I will catch you on SMoA from now on. Thanks alot! I hope all the people I met in KC are okay, they got some pretty nasty weather recently. Seeya!
Looking forward to seeing you at the 5th annual Back to the Brick's car show and rolling cruise in Flint, MI. this Thursday. August 13th. We plan to meet at Flint's City Hall on Saginaw Street at 6:00 P.M. and join the rolling cruise at 6:30 P.M. The course will take us about 14 miles to downtown Grand Blanc. In the past years the course has been lined with thousands of spectator's cheering the cars on.
Last year, the 5th annual Back to the Bricks had 20,000+ cars and 120,000 people participate. This year's event is expected to grow and we look forward to a strong showing of Smart cars.
The Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce has arranged special Smart Car parking in the center of downtown in the middle of the festival after the rolling cruise
