Heater problems

My heater blows hot air, then It will switch to cold airn then gat again, and back again. Has this happened to anyone else.? The smart center has neve seen this before.

Yeah I am alright. The Smart is another story. I talked to the body shop today and they say its has enough damage to total it. So it's up to the insurance company. Thanks for the comment
