"I went to the dealer in Hartford and told them I was having the shift problem with my '09 made 1/09 and they replaced it without any questions. Runs like a champ now"

"Agree. Besides, I personally don't expect the Mercedes dealer to keep several smart technicians on hand as I can't imagine they get enough smart cars to justify having much more than 1 tech. Although 2 would be nice. :) "
