When you asked Mercedes to let you be the first in the US what did they REALLY tell you?? I tried that route also and they said "thank you for showing interest, but not now". Anyway, I wound up with the 123rd car sold out Minneapolis and my wife's car was the 10,000 sold in the US, so we are pretty happy campers. Still puts a big smile on my face every time I see the goofy little thing and still get plenty of laughs back from people.
