About Me: I saw my first smartcar in Switzerland in 1998 and have been wanting one ever since. I ordered my last year in CA when i was there for my daughters graduation from Grduate School. I know my car is in the US and I am just waiting very impatiently for it to get to my dealer.

That sounds like a great idea! I asked my Sales manager about an insentive program or credit toward, purchases, or payment. Sorry to say he knows that we are all too kind and will still talk about our Smart with excitement.

I've seen you around (in the distance, too far for a beep or a wave.) There's a white/black one I've also seen several times on Rt 80 going in both directions.

I just switched out my panels for the fall, so mines all black right now.

At 11:56am on June 18, 2008, Foothill said…: I signed up for one in March and I had two calls from the dealer since then inquiring if I wanted to buy an orphan that was close to what I ordered. The first one was not really the color scheme I wanted but the second one was fine and I bought it right away and still kept my name on the waiting list for the one I ordered first. Orphans do come up from time to time but you need to act fast.
