Dear G,
I have been feeling bad about this ever since Laps for Charity. I am that "someone" and I didn't even know about the rule sheet, let alone read it. I do want to do this again and will make sure I am at the back of the line -…
Thanks, Kitty. The picture of your's is exactly like the one I want. Are there any Smart Centers in Arlington? I haven't yet checked Dallas, but will do so in the next couple of weeks.
Stay happy! Dr. C
I'm considering getting back into the game. I canceled my original order, but after much thinking I don't believe I can live as happily without a Smart. Sooo........ I may check out the orphans here in Dallas. Dumb, eh? Well, I never claimed to be a SMART shrink.

Hi, Kitty. I just saw your note to me, and apologise for the response delay. I've now done exactly what you suggested. Thanks, and I'm in the business you suggested. I'll let you know any progress. Thanks again, dear Lady!!! Dr. C
Hi Kitty
Wish you could have made the trek. It was a rainy day but we didnt let that dampen our spirits. We had a great group, seafood lunch at the Weathervane Rest. courtesy of the dealership and finished off with a quick sight seeing ride and the Redhook Brewery tour!!
Cheers

Hi Weldon. Different time, and you can ask me anything you want to. This is an old (VERY old) picture. I danced back in the mid-seventies and early eighties. I was pretty much a solo dancer and took from a variety of teachers. It was a blast, but I gave it up when it got to the point that I'd done about all I wanted to with it. It was ton of fun, and my professional belly dancing name gave me a great personalized license plate - KATIMA. My specialty was a seven veils dance that if (I do say so myself) wowed the crowd. I'm going to go to my home page and try to post a current picture. I look just a WEE bit different now.
Yep, we have a lot of top down days all winter long. Of course I tend to take it to the extreme. Before I got the smart I had a 2000 Cavalier convertible and I rarely drove it with the top up. When it gets really cold (well, what passes for cold here in Texas) I wear my fake fur coat and hat.
I get the same reactions but am still loving talking about it,
Still have the top down? Wow...Those days are long gone up here in the north. I too still get lots of looks and comments. Really not too many people stop me, but those that do usually have plenty of questions. Almost everyone thinks it is either electric or a hybrid. They are always surprised to find out it has a gasoline engine.
