Took SmartCar in for oil change today and they said I need to have the oil flushed! What's that? I only have 2000 miles & it is 2 yrs old.

I tow my SmartCar everywhere and don't use a supplemental braking system. I have a 19' Road Trek. I don't even know it's back there.

Pro's and Con's on Battery Disconnect

Do you have to have a battery disconnect to keep the battery from going dead? Anyone towed the Smart car without the battery disconnect and had dead batteries when they stopped for the day? If you have battery disconnect, how did you do it? Thanks
