Pure Leg Room

I have a reservation for a Passion Coupe pending 14 mths out. The Dealership got an orphan Pure Coupe in and we purchased it. My question is about the seats the drivers seat doesn't go back as far as the passenger seat and I really need the extra leg room. There is about two inches more that the seat could move back and I don't know why it wasn't used. It seems both seat should go back until they touch the motor inclosure shelf.
