Trunk & Treats at Blue Water Storage Center

Those of you that want to do something for Halloween, bring your Smart, a bag of candy and enjoy the smiles you will put on the kids' faces. Have kids of your own? Bring the Smart and the other car with the kids. This event is being put on by our friends at North Florida Street Rod Assoc. at Blue Water Storage 9119 Merrill Rd.

First Coast Smarties Mayport Cruise at Mayport

The club is growing and the time has come for our very first official event. Plan on meeting on the 16th of October at the Budweiser Brewery at 11AM. We will be cruising to Mayport to take a ride on the ferry and then have our meeting/lunch at one of the local favorites. From there, we will cruise to Hannah Park for a scenic drive around the lake. Hey Bill, I enjoyed getting acquainted with you today. Since it was over a year since our first brief meeting at the Brumos museum I never got to know you, as I have not met many other folks from the JaxSmarts on sUSAi. I went 'back' into the groups page to find you and found that you like a few other never joined the JaxSmart susai page. That explains why you weren't getting event messages thru susai. You are on the email list that Anna gave me and the old form from the JaxSmarts car show that you attended in June 2009. Congrats on that 2nd place trophy you won for 'Modified'. Who else won? I found no record on susai or otherwise.

In fact it looks like if you didn't take photos there would be no record of the events. There's not much history in susai about JaxSmart events except what you and I have posted, Mary Ann posted some too.

I am hoping that the new guys and some of us old guys can do what JaxSmarts couldn't do.
