Two Days Taking smart
Thanks to Sandra and Clicker We joined the smart test drive tour at the Chicago auto show on Saturday. Met for Coffee, drove over to the show as a group and made a few laps around the convection center in our little convoy as folks were lining up to get into the show.

A little strange to replace it but calling it a rattle was being nice. The onle way not to hear the noise was keep te AC on 2 setting and the radio on 12. For now I have a Chev HHR Hope to look into the electric Smart soon as it comes out.

Connie and Tim Fellows said… - Well, I haven't been on the site for a while. Things have been pretty busy at work and around the house so I haven't spent a lot of time doing smart things.
I tried to pop the fender back out but it's pushed in at the crease and wouldn't budge. I'll get an estimate for a new panel replacement since I won't be paying for it. Hopefully it won't be much more than $300-$400. It would definetely be more expensive if that fender was metal.

I for one am glad that I took the time and money to attend the 1st National event. For me it was a shot in the arm to regenerate my interest in the vehicle brand. I had been focusing most of my time and money on my Harley. Another new toy of ours. We now have two fun vehicles to get around on. Thanks again. Hope to see at another National/Regional event.
