20,000 miles; turning front tires around

At the 20,000 check-up at my dealership (Bloomfield Hills, MI) I was told to go to a tire place and have them turn my 2 front tires around and have them balanced due to normal inside wear of the tires. First tire place blew me off and said that was not the correct procedure and they were actually rude to me. I suggested that they call the dealership which they would not do so I smartly took my business elsewhere. Second tire place did not have the equipment to work on my car, but the guy was… Continue

My MSU senior Spartan son needed to trade cars so he could get his Grand Prix brakes repaired locally at a much reduced price. It was fixed within 48 hours but he doesn't want to trade me back! Help!

We have to go at least 10 miles to get to anything but that's nothing considering the 80 mile round trip comute I used to do daily when working. I am just so happy to have the Smarty and not have to use my husbands big duely truck or my Trailblazer every time we go out. Big $'s saved there.

I have a Black Cabriolet. Drive w top down most of the time. I work in the AT&T building on Big Beaver so I am in Troy a lot. I get so many people asking about the car. People talk to me at stop lights all the time. My 18 year old daughter takes it out every might. My plate reads SMART 1. Can't make it to the swim meet. Out of town. Hope to see you on the road. DM
