Take a look at the San Antonio SMART car group on page 4. They are starting at the RIM and going to Rudy's BBQ, I think up on I35. I'm going to see them at the RIM, I hope all of the owners show up! It would be so neat to see! Unfortunately, ours is still on order but I can't wait to do something like this when it arrives.

Yes, I did get the leather seats and they do get hot if you leave the top down when you leave the car. But...it is so easy to put the top up and down, that I seldom leave the top down when I exit the car. When I am sitting in the car with the top down, I don't notice my seat getting hot, but I have noticed the passenger side does get hot.
I know you will love the car when you get it. I have had a blast in mine and already have over 5000 miles on it. LOL Whenever I feel the whim...I go for a ride.
Hope your car comes soon. I ordered mine in March of 2007 when the reservation program first started.
