Terry, I don't know whether you've received a response to this, but the Mercedes dealer just north of Orlando (Winter Park? I'm new to the area) is servicing smarts.

what you know three years to the date and no dealer for service

i got an email saying where closeing ( orlando) to go to tampa or 3 other dealers so who pays for the gas and lodgeing while where there oh i know we do lol. i live in leesburg and hope this gets straighton out soon
