So then, as I understand it, the low pressure port is below the high pressure port.  I have already found them, I just need to know which one to use.  So, I guess you inject the refrigerant into the low pressure port that is below the one on top as you look down with the front body panel off.  I was just looking at Evilution and his instructions are backwards.    http://www.evilution.co.uk/801.  Thanks, Bill. jwight:  It's been a long time since I've made contact with you or been in any of the forums.  Hope you are doing well.  QUESTION:  I need to recharge my A/C.  Is the recharge fitting the cap on the top or the one below it?  As I remember, the refrigerant is injected into the low side, which is the larger of the 2 tubes, but it is so hard to see.  It appears to me the larger of the tubes is the lower one.  Bill in K.C.

Thanks for letting me know, does anyone know how to clear it. I take care of my car and it is all ok and they forgot to clear it. but it wasn't a dealer, I have 2009 smart passion black and silver love it fully loaded and could not be happier. unless i got another one. I love them. donna

John, I've got the factory sizes front and rear. I kind of backed into it. I ordered the first tire wheel/combo to use as a spare the week I got the car. (later just bought the other three). At the time the dealer was trying to find me a Brabus. Within 3 weeks of delivery, they found one, but wanted to give $3,500 less than I paid for it 150 miles and 6 coats of wax earlier. I've spent over $3K on it, and it's still not a Brabus. But I love it anyway....Frank
