About Me
We are Tennessee's only smart center and are located in East Tennessee. We are located inside Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. We are a full service smart center with onsite smart technicians and parts/accessories. We also have loaners available through our service department. We have some inventory available. Thank you guys for jumping on board to help deter the spammers. They are just abso;utely sucking the life out of this site. Daily i see less and less of the usual crowd here and its very discouraging.
Maybe some other smart centers will join in and keep this communtiy what it was,,,for the smart ,about the smart and the smart owners. Thank You

Hello all!!! My name is Duc and I am taking over for Kristin. I've been here for a little over two months, but couldn't get into the sight 'cause i didn't have passwords. Any ways, i've been reading some of the posts on on here. All seem positive except for a few complaints. Hopefully we will get better at resolving issues that arise. I've still got a bunch of orphans that need homes. If you guys could please get the word out.....i'd much appreciate it :)

Sorry, I didn't hear anything about lack of a loaner for trollhair. We usually have 4 loaners available to our Smarties, but possibly they were out on loan already. i definitely look into this.
