- We are Tennessee's only smart center and are located in East Tennessee. We are located inside Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. We are a full service smart center with onsite smart technicians and parts/accessories. We also have loaners available through our service department. We have some inventory available. - Hello all!!! My name is Duc and I am taking over for Kristin. I've been here for a little over two months, but couldn't get into the sight 'cause i didn't have passwords. Any ways, i've been reading some of the posts on on here. All seem positive except for a few complaints. Hopefully we will get better at resolving issues that arise. I've still got a bunch of orphans that need homes. If you guys could please get the word out.....i'd much appreciate it :)

- Sorry, I didn't hear anything about lack of a loaner for trollhair. We usually have 4 loaners available to our Smarties, but possibly they were out on loan already. i definitely look into this.
