Ethan, Sara, Vicki & Craig...We are impressed by the level of attention and customer service we received from each of you when we picked up our Smart on July 25th. Thank you! Our drive back to Montana was wonderful. We had no idea that owning a smart would make us celebrities, but it did! Got pulled over in Walla Walla by a sheriff on a motorcycle who admitted he was curious... (WT ?X!) We got 41 mpg with the air on most of the 700 miles. We are in love with our smart! Thank you! We would like to thank Ethan and all his people for the wonderful treatment we recieved when we picked up our smart. This was the first time in 46 years of buying cars that I felt at ease, without pressure or being talked down to. Again, thank you and keep up the good work. I'll be back!

WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Reservaion holders: it took one year for ours to arrive. Absolutlely no regrets after 1400 miles.

Ouyr Smart Cabrolet is a great car. My 20 year old drives it everywhere. He said girls love it, made it a lot easier to meet new girls. He said he knows how a "Rock" star feels everytime he stops at a mall.
