I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan and have been through four winters with my Smart car without any problems. I drive it year round with no special tires or equipment.

I have already posted some ideas (as an example see Aug 27-28 event in Michigan) and content that a grass roots effort with marketing such as local events and web based media (like the great clips on www.smart.com and others.

I simply can't imagine someone buying a smart car because they saw an ad.
People buy them because we want something different and we had a chance to drive one.
Since there are so few 'dealers' the cars need to be taken to the people…

I recently purchased our own Amethyste's CD "Ethereal" and was not only delighted by great music and her voice but also that our smart radio display's the CD info.
