From the postings on the web you would think that most smart dealers charge and arm and a leg for service. Being in Utah we have only 1 choice for service and that being a MB dealer in Lindon. About 60 miles away but for me they are worth it. Saturday service (yes!) and very smart prices. The 30K is only $254 and some change. I love our Smart Car Club! Next weekend we are driving in a Road Rally to benefit the Texas Discovery Gardens here in Dallas. Come to find out, there are kids that can't afford to see the Butterfly house when they go on field trips with their schools to visit the gardens. What a shame that is! At the old age of 25, I do not yet have a license. There are three main reasons for this.



#1) Milwaukee Public Schools canceled driver's ed the year I would have taken it.

#2) In college, I lived right next to a college campus that is a hub of city bus lines.

#3) I wasn't actually overly fond of driving. I don't *like* driving large vehicles.

I'm getting ready to head out the house this morning and get my car washed at the smart center. I hope there are some other smart owners there this morning. It's recruiting time!

I went to St. John's Town Center the other day and as I was turning, I came across another Smart owner. I was so happy to see another one and even happier when they waved. It felt good and I wanted so bad to turn around and talk to them. Many times, in this city, the cars that pass by on the road are so far away that if they are waving, you can't see it.
