Can you believe that "Auto on/off" headlights is NOT a feature of the new Brabus? Evidently, according to Smart, it's not even an option. Even my Smart Passion has it. Are we going backwards? If I accept my new Brabus, I'll have to be sure to carry my jumper cables. No Cruise Control is bad enough-and now this!

I heard they will be making 1600 units but all of them were supposed to be sold to older reservation holders that had not yet configured. I would check the ebay or dealer thing. Or wait for an orphan. I think this the only way to get one at this point, but it's still possible. Good Luck

silver cabrio - $22575

price not too bad. consider the dealer offered me a regular cabrio orphan with GPS/LCD for $22000

All Smart ForTwo 451s do not have cruise control however there are lots of tutorials online of how to install the Area 451 cruise control. Not sure if this voids your warranty, however I would imagine it might.

We are upset that we can't order a Brabus!!! Called Smart Custmer Service and was told that there would not be any
future Brabus configurations. Why sell 1500 when the rest of
us can't get one. Any information on how to get a Brabus, please respond.

Your right Mr. B, I really didn't care about the headlight thing anyway. I turn my headlamps on by myself all the time anyway. Just trying to stir up some trouble. I didn't say I wasn't going to take the Brabus, I'm not crazy. Sorry I blew up!

First it was the no Turbo thing on the US cars. Then it was the Monoblock Vl 16" wheels being replaced by the Monoblock Vll 15" wheels in front. Then it was the 3-spoke leather sports steering wheel being replaced with the 3-spoke plasti-leather steering wheel. (This is the same steering wheel all the cars get.) Then it was the great Brabus accessiories but no price list and no you can't add them as factory installed options to the Brabus you ordered. And by the way you can't order factory installed Cruise Control on any smart car, including the Brabus. And now your telling me my Brabus is not coming with Auto on/off headlights, when I was told that the Brabus starts out as a loaded Passion ? What next ! I rushed to convert my reservation to a Brabus, but now I am begining to think it was a mistake. I am not complaining, I just think I was a little bit mislead and rushed into this. Now I have to take what I get or wait another 14 months. And I am not waiting again. Sorry Becky but I am with Don on this one.

Sorry Becky, didn't mean to step on any toes. I love my Smart and wouldn't trade for anything-however, when one has it and it's not available on the other........

Perhaps you should just abandon the whole Smart idea since it seems you won't be completely satisfied, no matter what....
