I had given up . I could not set the clock!!!!!! and ask for advise .
Will today, I said, I would give it one more try. I reread the book. For whatever reason this time it did work!!!! I thank all of you for your replyies. All I can say is if you too can not set your clock ,keep trying,if the car is in a good mood it will let you set the clock, if not ,try it again on an other day.Sooner or later you will catch the car in the right mood. This just reassures this car is female !

I also had a problem setting the clock on the dash board. I drove to the dealer here in Sarasota, and Jon, the man who sold me the car, set it for me in two minutes.

I was having the same problem. After I removed the instrument panel housing (installing the cruise control light) I noticed that when I pressed the right button, the bubble switch on the circuit board was not being depressed. I noticed a small gap between the circuit board and the housing. I just taped the two together tightly and now it works fine. You can go to the Evilution site to find out how to remove the instrument panel.

I so understand this problem. I had exactly the same experience. I've settled for 2 minutes fast; the math is easier than waiting for my car to be in the right mood.

I've tried setting my clock by holding down the button on the right of the speedometer but it's still not working. It's frustrating as hell!

Hey - watch the video about setting clocks on the Videos tab (http://www.smartusainsider.com/video). It's the 5th one on the top row, called "setting the clocks." Hopefully that will work!

Which clock are you referring to. The digital clock or the analog clock?
To set the digital clock you need to hold down the button to the right of the speedometer. To set the analog clock there are two buttons on the back of the clock. One for the hour hand and on for the minute hand. I can't remember if you push the button or turn it (I am on vacation away from the car) and that moves the hand.
