I picked up Lil' Smartie on Saturday March 21. I drove her home from Indianapolis, Indiana on interstate 65. Didn't have any problem at all being out there with the big guys (semi's). Didn't have any problems going the 70 speed limit. I am having so much fun with it!! I'm still learning where all the buttons are on it.
I also would like to know if anyone knows if cruise control can be added. That is the one drawback I have so far. Really miss it on the interstate.

IcePlanet: yeah.... but it also can make it difficult, seeing as one user posted a topic saying that he started having issues after hitting a kind of large pothole, and when he took it to the Smart center, they hooked it up to their system and it was relaying some codes. Apparently, due to having the cruise control connected, they were unable to determine whether or not the issues that came about were related to the cruise control's connection or not, and i guess the repairs weren't covered under the warranty.

You can order a cruse control set here:
Area451 - www.smartieparts.com

Some dealers sell them but will charge you an arm and both legs to install it. The best thing to do is order it and install it yourself or find a friend or a non-dealer auto place to install it. From what I hear it works very well.
