My wife and I are negotiating to buy 1/2 of a 12' by 24' portable garage. The sales agent thought we were joking, I assured them we were dead serious. She understood when my wife Sue explained we drove a Smartie. We have 3 vehicles and an existing 2 car garage so it makes sense to buy 1/2 of a garage if they'll build it for us. It has a steel garage door and a steel side door and a window. If they won't sell us 1/2 , anyone interested in buying the other half?
