How do I get inside the left headlight assembly to change the little organe light bulb next to the headlight?
and below the turnsignal. I think it is the parking lightbulb.. Any help will be appreciated..

Silver bulbs as well as led replacements are also possible. The silver bulbs look silver until lit and then they glow orange. Might give you a nicer look. The LED's tend to be much more directional and not light up the reflector pod as well as a filament bulb unless you find a five spot type replacement, or a diffuser lens led.
One of my favorite LED supplier's is:
I just like their catalog offerings. I have no affiliation, or interest in this company.

It is not necessary to fully remove the panels as stated on the first link below. I found that by loosening panels and then flexing them, I could access the headlight screws enough to remove them. Doing so gave me enough room to replace the Fruit, Fruit Horn with a Wolo compact air horn.
Much easier with the headlight pod out.

I've enjoyed learning so much about our cars from this site, however, one must b careful and observant as the U.S. model does have differences from the U.K. models, besides left and right hand drive.

Go to It the european web site for smarts. It has much info about working on a smart. Use the drop down menu under electrical for info on changing lights.
