This is a fantastic build!  Great use of the sound dampening padding and I plan to use the sam on the engine cover.  I have a Pioneer radio and sub ready to go.  Just have to get the amp and have two speakers installed in the upper part of the door at install time!

Thanks for the compliments!
I think the amp is pushing 80 watts times 4 to the 6 smaller speakers and 200 watts to the 8 inch sub under the dash. It's a 5 channel amp. Everything is at 4 ohms, I didn't bridge the amp or anything like that.
We also put some nice handles on the thing to get it out, the picture you see here isn't of the finished product (Take another picture Bill!! LOL!)
All and all I am happy with how it turned out, to service the engine you just un-plug and take it right out, takes like 30 seconds.
If anyone really wants one of these I might be willing to make another one, a warning, it is pretty labor intensive and not exactly cheap.

that amp is pushing how many watts? and at how many Ohms?
