new gauge from PLX now has a red line through screen!!! UGGH!!!

So not looking forward to having to contact this horrible company... (I was hoping that I'd get my overpriced gauge and never have to deal with that company again... It's not like to president ever bothered to reply to my email... I believe that is their company policy to not talk to customers or resolve issues.) my $300 gauge now seems to have an "issue" where one line of the screen is red going from top to bottom. I've only had it for about a week now, the line showed up yesterday and is still there today... I shouldn't be having issues with it. I just want to forget about this company, and was about to until yesterday. yah I should have gotten my money back a long time ago ( but I doubt they could even manage that based on all the other false promises and lies I was told, they'd have my $$$ and the device, plus I want the gauge, I've not seen another company to offer what this one offers... ) Why can't I just order a product, get it when they promised and it work out the box. Why does PLX have to be so difficult?

If they don't respond, go to your credit card company and register a complaint. They will investigate and give you your money back after telling you how to return the defective product. Good luck.

Yah, my plan is to have them send me a new one, then I'll return the bad one. Also have no intention of paying for any sort of shipping since they already overcharged me in the first place compared to what I could have gotten it for. Just not looking forward to having to call them... don't need the stress right now... but at the same time, I can't let them get away with this. Really wished it just "worked"... so I could just put this all behind me.

JohnnyM- If I sent it back, with the "promise" of a refund upon receipt... it would just be one more promise they can't keep. Or it would take FOREVER for me to get my $312 back... They couldn't even manage their own stock, maintain their website accurately, nor are they able to reply to ANY emails that I or my husband sent them... not even a status update when the product failed to show up a month after ordering. I have absolutely no faith that this company is able to do anything or keep any promises. I just want my gauge, to have it working, and pretend the company never existed.

Send it back and have them send you a good one... Don't let them WIN...!!!
