Good result; one instance where the extended warranty paid off.  The air injection valve can be replaced as a DIY, and there's one as well to keep the blower motor going a little longer.  Getting both done for $100 is pretty good.

CEL problem repaired. cause was was the "Air Injection Vacum Switchover Valve", it was closed at all times. Cost of part $39, labor $ 190. At the same visit I had a defective Blower replaced, cost $635, thank god I purchased an extended warranty policy, it only cost me my $100 deductible. All just 4 months after my 2 year warrenty expired.

Thanks anyway, it's the first thing they checked. Also, I don't have a loose gas cap warning light.

Did they check the gas cap seal?  Not sure what year your car is - does it have the loose gas cap warning light?  Also, did they find any OBD codes associated with the CEL?
