I got an email last night from Ms. Lajdziak, she has asked one of her people to look into my fuzzy seats. I will keep you folks posted.

an update on the below. I returned the call to Eric Lannon at SmartUSA .. He never returned my call. I give up. It is just not worth the effort, I ordered seat covers from SmartUSA.com. To all who commented and helped .. thanks .. God Bless, Dave

I thought that when I got the email from Ms. Lajdziak (smartUSA Predident) that I might get some help with the seats that are wearing after 300 miles in my Pure. She said that she asked Eric Lannon a VP to give me a call to talk over the situation. He called and left a message and I have tried for three weeks to get back to him with no luck. I am getting tired of it. SmartMadness in Ca. has some decent looking replacement covers that they make there for $250 - $300. I am going to write off this mess with smart and just put on the covers and be done with it. I told you folks that I would keep you up to date but this is just too many emails and phone calls. I guess that is the name of the game to see who wears down first. I was hoping that SmartUSA was different. Rats!!

I have 2 smart cars and when they both reached 12000 miles I have had to change light bulbs. The 08 just reached 16500 and guess what the other light bulb went out. This Is getting costly now with 60 to get replaced. Is anyone else having this problem? I have 4 other vehicles and they don't have this problem. One mustang has 80000 and is used everyday to go to work and not once has the light bulb been replaced. I'm getting frustrated with smart telling me it's a wear and tear issue. Uggg
