Sorry, that you have to sell your car, are you upsizing?

The 451 website has no restrictions on sales check here or SCOA or here.

I am just passing on what I was told by the driver that towed my smart last spring. He said the bumper tow hook holes were not too sturdy and he has seen them fail. He hooked on somewhere underneath and pulled it onto the flatbed. Just don't want to hear about you having problems as it is a sure way to wreck a trip.

Go to www.evilution.co.uk. Click on common questions and then click on the "look here" in the question about the service light. This should give you the way to reset your service wrench. This is a good site to bookmark.

Yea I thought the tow hooks would be a lot more but I could not find them for less. The wife and I travel with a motorhome with Harleys and got the smart to take along as well so I've been looking at ways to tie it down. Also saw where you are a retired telephone man so this is one old retired telephone man talking to another one.

I'm glad other people out ther are also towing the smart. We tow our jeep with the Blue ox and will use the blue ox base plate for our smart. I think I will have it installed. My wife says sometimes when I fix things, they get more broken. P.S. we live in southern california. When the gas comes down we plan on taking some trips but probably not until next year. as our vacation cruise will take up our travel money this year. Keep in touch. Jim and Kaye

Howdy, we got those ball caps at the Round Rock smart Center here in Texas but I bet all smart dealers have 'em. They were kinds pricey at $23 but I bet the price varies from dealer to dealer.
